
CZ-USA Return Policy
YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO RETURN A PRODUCT FOR EXCHANGE OR CREDIT
If
you are not completely satisfied with any product, return it for a full refund
of the purchase price, excluding shipping.
Procedure
to exchange an item:
A return authorization number is not needed. Please package the
item or items appropriately and include a copy of the original invoice and/or a
note explaining what the issue is. Products must be new and unused in their
original packaging, unless defective. Include your address and daytime phone
number. CZ-USA is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages during
transit. If any of the aforementioned occurs, you will need to file a claim
with the shipping service that was used.

Procedure
to receive credit on an item:
Please call our parts department at 1-800-955-4486 ext. 335 or
email webstore@cz-usa.com
to initiate a claim. A return authorization number will not be needed. Products
must be new and unused in their original packaging, unless defective. Once the
item has been received, we will evaluate the claim. If your return is approved
for credit, it will take up to 30 days for the credit to appear in your account.
If it is determined that an item does
not qualify for credit, it will be sent back to the customer with documentation
of the reason for denial. CZ-USA is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged
packages during transit. If any of the aforementioned occurs, you will need to
file a claim with the shipping service that was used.
