Q: Does CZ-USA ship outside of the USA?
A: CZ-USA cannot ship any packages outside of the continental US, Hawaii and Alaska.
Q: I placed an order, but did not receive an order confirmation via email.
Q: Will I get a tracking number when my order is shipped?
A: Yes. A tracking # will be sent to the email address you entered when placing your order. You may also find your tracking number by going to your account
here and clicking on the "My Orders" tab.
Q: How long will it take to process my order?
A: In general it takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.
Q: The item I would like to purchase is out of stock. When will it be back in stock?
A: This question has no easy answer. Most of our product comes from our factory in Europe so time in transit runs around 30 days. CZUB sells product in 75 countries around the world including the US. Demand is high and capacity is at a maximum. Production must be scheduled in advance and products including firearms and parts are produced on a rotating basis. Sometimes we must wait for production to come back around on a certain part or firearm. The best way to find out if an item is back in stock is to check the site every so often. It can take from 60-90 days to receive the specific part you are looking for. Please be patient with us. We understand your frustration and are working on shortening lead times and refining the ordering process to be more nimble.
Q: I received an email confirmation, but it's been a week and I still haven't received product. Where's my stuff?
A: There are a couple of reasons an order may not have been fulfilled. The item(s) may be out of stock, there may be a billing issue, it may have been placed on a weekend, etc. If it has been at least 5 days, excluding weekends and you have not received a tracking number for your shipment, please contact us at

Q: Can you ship hi-capacity magazines to a state that has a capacity restriction?
A: The simple answer is no. We have to comply with all federal and state laws. If you try and add a restricted item to your order, the order will be deleted and you will not be contacted. We take these matters very seriously. Thank you for understanding.
Q: How do I know what my shipping cost will be?
A: Upon entering your shipping info and BEFORE you checkout, you will land on the shipping cost page, which will give you several prices depending on the service you choose. At this point you may either continue on with billing or empty your cart.
Q: I have a CZ 52/ 58/ 70/ 92/ 602/ 611. Do you have parts for these models?
A: CZ-USA carries parts for current production models only. If you wish to purchase parts for these items try Cheaper Than Dirt, Sportsmans Guide, Shotgun News, Google/Bing/Yahoo search, etc.
Q: I have an EAA / Tanfoglio. Will your parts work with these models?
A: No, while these models are CZ clones, the parts have completely different measurements.
Q: I'm an FFL dealer, are there discounts available to me? (Applies to Parts & Accessories ONLY- There is a different process to purchase firearms)
A: Yes, but you must have a customer account before you can get your discount. Please fax your FFL to 913-321-2251 ATTN:Cindy.. INCLUDE A NOTE that you would like to open a customer account in order to purchase parts, etc. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS FOR COMMUNICATION PURPOSES. Once we receive your information we will email your customer information so you may log in to the webstore and begin receiving your discount. Please allow 24-48 hrs in order to process your request.
Q: Why can't I seem to find a particular part or accessory?
A: With hundreds upon hundreds of parts and accessories, the task of getting them all online is monumental. See we don't farm out our work to others that might not have the same passion we do. It is going to take some time to get everything on the store. Eventually all products, past and present will be available to look at online. In fact we have just taken a huge step by promoting one of our employees to full time social networking, webstore and website development.
