If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased on our store, return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping. Products must be new and unused in their original packaging, unless defective.

Please fill out the form below to initiate a return.
You should receive a response within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Once the return / exchange is approved, please package the item or items appropriately and include a copy of the original invoice and/or a note explaining what the issue is. Products must be new and unused in their original packaging, unless defective. Include your address and daytime phone number.
CZ-USA is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages that occur in transit to us. If any of the aforementioned occurs, you will need to file a claim with the shipping service that was used.
